Analyst Programmer
Insurance Solution
Key Responsibilities:
> Identifies business problems and provides solutions based on evaluating, designing and testing of insurance technology solutions.
> Plans, develops and implements complex interactive web-based insurance applications.
> Manage projects of limited scope or portions of large/complex projects. May provide guidance to other analysts/programmers on a project basis.
> Writes and maintains software code, queries and reports and programs applications using current tools and languages.
> Conducts document and applications tests, evaluates results in accordance with quality assurance standards and writes test reports.
> Build strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
> Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Marketing major preferred)
> Must have strong knowledge of insurance business process.
> Must have participated in technical solution implementation in Java / J2EE, Oracle Database, and SOA based technologies.
> Must be comfortable in working with remote teams offshore in different time-zones.
> Strong leadership and communication skills.
> Self starter who is results oriented
